woman owned systems development and integration Company providing
IT services to Federal government and commercial clients since 1985.
SDE has successfully completed over 40 different projects including
full systems development life cycle applications,
and has a superb performance record that spans the last 20 years.
SDE has diverse and highly technical personnel ranging from Project
Managers, Senior Systems Analysts, Senior Program Analysts, Programmers,
Data Base Administrators, and Systems Engineers to Documentation
Specialists. SDE’s technical personnel have experience in numerous
software/hardware environments ranging from mainframe to PCs, and
the company has been awarded multiyear GSA contracts with numerous
positions and rates.

Current
Subcontractor Activities
ES, Incorporated
is a subcontractor on a team lead by Strategic Resources Incorporated
(SRI) that has been awarded an ID/IQ contract to provide personnel
services to U.S. Army installations worldwide. Other
teaming partners include: Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Lee
Hecht Harrison, Anteon Corporation, Central Texas College, Native
American Management Services Inc, The Bartech Group, Express Personnel
Services, Spherion, and Yoh IT. The value of the contract is $602,000,000
for a base and 4 option years.
ESI is also
a team member on a recently awarded ID/IQ contract to provide management
/administrative support to the Department of Defense (DoD) installations
worldwide. Other team members include Farrow and Associates and
Management Systems technology Incorporated (MSTI). The contract
value is $29,000,000 for a base and 4 option years.
Under a subcontract
with MAXIMUS, ESI performs onsite evaluation of TRICARE organizations.
The purpose of this contract is to enhance the performance of TRICARE
worldwide. MAXIMUS is the National Quality Monitoring Contractor
(NQMC) and has elected to assign the following tasks to ESI:
1. Develop
Protocol and Case review procedures
2. Select
member of On-Site Review Team
3. Coordinate
Travel and logistics for Site Visits
4. Conduct
On-Site Reviews
In a recently
completed subcontract to CSAT, ESI provided technical assistance
to 16 community-based grantee programs under the SAMSHA Faith initiative.
The technical assistance provided included 12 skill-building conferences,
assistance with application preparation for community-based organizations,
and selected on-site assistance to existing grantees in the areas
of planning, outreach, financial management, and reporting.
ESI has the
management and staff capabilities to continue to perform in any
of the areas noted above.
